At LightPlay (operated under Anyworks), we strive to keep our educational subscription plans transparent and affordable for families and schools.

Currency & Taxes: All pricing listed on our website is in Indian Rupees (INR) and inclusive of applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Billing Cycles: Subscription plans are billed upfront according to your chosen duration (e.g., 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, or 24 months).
Price Changes: LightPlay reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time. Any price adjustments will take effect upon your next billing or renewal cycle and will be communicated in advance.
Promotions: Promotional discounts and coupon codes are valid only for the specified period and cannot be applied retroactively to active subscriptions.

Because LightPlay is a 100% digital cloud-based educational learning platform, no physical goods or merchandise are shipped.

Instant Digital Access: Upon successful completion of your payment gateway transaction, your user account is activated instantly, granting immediate access to games, spelling challenges, and student portals.
Confirmation: An automated order confirmation and account activation notice is dispatched instantly to your registered email address.
Access Issues: If you experience any delay in accessing your account after successful payment, please contact our support team immediately at hello@anyworks.in or via our contact portal.

By accessing or using LightPlay (lightplay.in), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and account password. Any activity conducted under your account is your responsibility.
Acceptable Use: LightPlay is designed for lawful educational and classroom use. Users are strictly prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer game code, harvest user data, or disrupt platform infrastructure.
Intellectual Property: All game assets, artwork, source code, logos, and curriculum content on lightplay.in are the exclusive intellectual property of Anyworks / LightPlay and cannot be copied or redistributed without written consent.
Limitation of Liability: LightPlay shall not be liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from service interruptions or internet connectivity issues on the user's end.

Information Collection: We collect minimal personal data required for account setup, such as names, school details, email addresses, and student learning scores necessary to generate progress analytics.

Third-Party Sharing: We never sell, trade, or rent user data to third-party advertisers. Data is only utilized internally to maintain learning records and improve platform mechanics.

Subscription Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the conclusion of your current active billing period.
Refund Eligibility: Due to the instant digital delivery of our educational software and game access, subscription fees are generally non-refundable once processed.
Exceptional Circumstances: Refunds or account credits will only be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of duplicate billing, technical processing errors, or verified service failure on our platform.
Refund Request Window: Any dispute or refund request must be raised within 7 days of the initial transaction by emailing hello@anyworks.in with your payment receipt ID. Approved refunds are credited back via the original payment gateway method within 5–7 working days.
